广告出现诡异画面，网易云音乐道歉

人物面部扭到后背，身体却完全不动……近日，网易云音乐的一则广告投放引发热议。

A controversial advertisement for the music streaming platform NetEase Cloud Music has sparked heated discussion online, with some users describing the imagery as unsettling and poorly designed.

视频画面显示，广告中出现一位男士及一位女士，男士的头部旋转180度、脸扭到后背，而身体却完全不动，姿态严重不协调。

The ad, which appeared as a pause-screen promotion on the video platform iQiyi, showed a man with his neck twisted backward in an unnatural position while the rest of his body remained still. A female figure was also visible in the scene.

据东方财经报道，4月12日，有网友发帖吐槽网易云AI广告吓人：“爱奇艺暂停时，跳出来的网易云广告脖子扭到后背去了，网易云投广告能不能严谨点。”该事件随后引发关注。

On Sunday, a user complained about the ad on social media, writing that it appeared while they paused a video on iQiyi and featured "a man with his neck twisted all the way around", questioning whether greater care should be taken in ad placement.

网友评论：

4月14日，网易云音乐相关负责人就此事向南都记者表示，“抱歉给用户带来不好体验，相关素材已下线。”

The post quickly gained traction, prompting a response from the company. On Tuesday, a representative from NetEase Cloud Music told Southern Metropolis Daily: "We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused users." The company added that the ad has since been removed.
