本次音乐节的主题为“低碳时尚生活，共创美好嘉园”环瑞虹中外家庭音乐节，由上海日报联合虹口区嘉兴路街道共同主办。并将通过海外社交媒体传播，帮助更多海外朋友感受到生活在上海的美好，继续深入打造瑞虹国际友好社区的建设工作，相聚瑞虹美好嘉园。
